Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will give you absolute control over your email boxes and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can forward e-mails from one email account to another, set up mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your electronic mail accounts against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mailbox accounts against junk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a given e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages based on certain criteria defined by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one electronic mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Simply choose the electronic mail account you wish to forward mail messages from, then select the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you wish to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
