Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management solution, which will grant you total control over your email mailbox accounts and email newsletters. With this intuitive interface, you can create a brand new email mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Moreover, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email mailbox to another, activate email filters, set up auto-reply messages and shield your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email boxes against junk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome electronic mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific e-mail box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming mails based on certain rules set by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and define the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming email messages from one email account to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Just select the email box you wish to forward e-mails from, then specify the target mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you wish to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager, managing multiple mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
